We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with your ExoShield ULTRA DIY kit! We will do our best to find a solution for you.
For warranty information on ExoShield purchases made through a certified ExoShield installer, please refer to our GT3+ warranty policy.
Unopened ExoShield ULTRA kits can be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund. To submit your return online, email us at help@getexoshield.com to receive a return shipping label. Please note that shipping on the original purchase is not refundable except in extenuating circumstances.
If your ExoShield ULTRA package arrives damaged, do not open the package, simply initiate a return and we will ship a replacement kit to you immediately, free of charge!
Every purchase of ExoShield ULTRA comes with a Limited Product Warranty that protects for 2 years against manufacturing defects. In the event of a valid warranty claim, ExoShield will replace your ExoShield ULTRA kit, free of charge.

While we try to provide comprehensive instructions and content to help support your installation, we understand that sometimes things go wrong! If you've already installed your kit and are still concerned about the quality of the installation, please reach out to us at help@getexoshield.com with photos of the affected areas. Please note that without photos, we will be unable to provide refunds or replacements on installed kits.
